Born in Westchester, PA, Sean began his career in restaurants as a busser at the tender age of 14. Later he hopped on the line and got hooked by the speed, flair and execution of being in a kitchen. After his tenure at local favorites, Catamount and Harwigs, he came to LOW.

His earliest food memory comes courtesy of his mother who is a pastry chef. She made him mac and cheese with a croissant puff pastry shell that he still cannot replicate or forget today. His most important culinary take away is to never rush a good meal.

He wants all his guests to feel like family and enjoys the many ways people can enjoy LOW. He loves seeing big groups, small intimate gatherings and happy hour at the bar and feels it is his responsibility to make all parties feel significant.

When not in the kitchen at LOW, Sean can be found roaming around his beloved town, exploring new things to eat. 761-2693
